About Us

Who We Are

We are a passionate partnership of local organisations, community leaders, and digital champions dedicated to closing the digital divide in Gloucestershire. Our mission is to ensure that everyone—regardless of age, background, or circumstance—can access the opportunities, services, and connections that the digital world offers.

Our Vision

We believe that digital inclusion is a fundamental right. In a world where technology shapes every aspect of life, no one should be left behind. Our vision is a Gloucestershire where every resident has the skills, confidence, and access needed to thrive in a digital society.

What We Do

  • Community Support: We run Digi Hubs and outreach programmes across the county, providing free, friendly support to help people get online and build digital skills.
  • Device Access: We work with partners to recycle and distribute devices to those in need, and promote affordable internet options for low-income households.
  • Skills Training: Our workshops, one-to-one sessions, and online resources help people of all ages gain confidence with technology—from sending emails to accessing vital services.
  • Advocacy: We collaborate with local authorities, the NHS, schools, and voluntary groups to ensure digital inclusion is at the heart of Gloucestershire’s future.
  • Research & Innovation: We continually assess the needs of our communities, adapting our approach and piloting new solutions to tackle digital exclusion.

Who We Help

Our services are open to everyone, but we focus on supporting:

  • Older adults
  • Disabled people and carers
  • Young people and care leavers
  • Veteran community
  • Refugee and migrant communities
  • Rural and low-income households
  • Anyone who feels left behind by the digital world

Our Impact

Since launching, we have helped thousands of Gloucestershire residents gain digital confidence, access essential services, and connect with loved ones. Our work is driven by the belief that digital inclusion transforms lives—opening doors to education, employment, health, and community.
